What is healthy diet?

The healthy diet is that help us to maintain our fitness and overall health.
If we use healthy diet we receive essential nutrition, vitamins, minerals and proteins from
It. The healthy diet means balanced diet. We should eat the balanced diet in the right amount.
To take healthy diet means that we consume the right quantity of food from all food groups
Like fruits, vegetables, meat and milk etc……..it gives us energy and make us fit to continue our
Routine work.
Our body is like a machine. If we do not give oil to the machine then the machine does not work properly.
Like this, if we do not use the food properly then our body does not work properly. We should use
Every type of food, but should not use the same thing in routine.
Food groups:
There are different groups of food….
  1. Grains
  2. Fruits and vegetables
  3. Dairy
  4. Protein
  5. Fat
  6. Sugar
  7. Vitamins etc…..
We get proteins and vitamins from milk, vegetables, meet, fruits and different things.
So the use of these things is too much necessary for our body to work properly.

In Islam also advice to use good food and remain fit for prayer and
Other daily routine work. Allah say’s that…………. Don’t use those things that we have not
Made for you.
